Job Description

As Growth Marketer at Fidia, you'll be the driving force behind all our growth marketing initiatives. You'll develop, implement, track and optimize growth campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll own all of our marketing channels and measure their success. You'll be in charge of creating a growth marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals. Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention and loyalty of customers. You'll work together with our content marketers and designer to craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns. Ultimately, as Growth Marketer, you'll make sure our message reaches our target audience so that Fidia can enter the next stage of growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Work with cross functional team (Product, Content, Engineering, etc) to establish growth strategies to support Fidia business growth goals.
• Plan, create and manage new user acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
• Manage SEO.
• Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
• Highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage and convert.
